2) A return visit to see the Yellow Lady's Slippers - Spring 2018

In early May 2018, I checked the site for the Yellow Lady's Slippers, but saw no sign of them.
The ground was thick with Wood Betony, however...

BTW, this species is known as Small Yellow Lady's Slipper
vs. the Large Yellow Lady's Slipper (Cypripedium parviflorum var. pubescens)
