| On a small knoll on USFS land off the Old Satterfield Rd (now part of Beasley Knob OHV Trails) sit six fieldstone grave markers. From the position they are set, it appears to be three graves, each with a head and foot stone. A controlled burn had been conducted here recently, which went right over the graves. Not certain, but we're guessing these might be from the old Satterfield family that lived nearby. |
