| My semi-annual revisit to a late friend's place in Rabun Co. to photograph these uncommon orchids. I arrived and went to get my camera out of my pack, and there was only an empty case! I realized that the camera was still sitting on a table at home. This is only the second time in six years that I have forgotten my camera on a photo visit, and ironically, the other time was a visit to this same spot! Luckily I had my cell phone, so was able to make do. |
