Early September:

I visited the Seeps to check the progress of the two Grass of Parnassus species that grow there.   It
was still a little early - just a few P. asarifolia were blooming, and the P. grandifolia were still in bud.

Late September:

I returned to the Seeps two weeks later.   The P. grandifolia
had started to bloom and the P. asarifolia were at peak.
