1 - Chatuge Rock, Clay Co., NC This boulder is almost 5 feet in diameter.   An earlier report stated that the rock had been found alongside the Hiwassee River, and was moved prior to being covered by Lake Chatuge.   But according to the property owner, the rock was actually found after the lake was built.   Some family land was being subdivided when they came across the rock, and it was eventually moved to the owner's property before the land was sold.
