| 1 - Wike Branch, Towns Co., GA (Early May, 2026) Sheldon and I went lookin for an old chimney he had seen years ago. We didn't find any sign of it, but saw a few unusual sights. |

| Walking along the bottomlands of the creek, we saw an old road that ran along the slope, parallel to the creek. There were remains of an old auto below the road. |

| We had seen several Lady's Slippers in bud, but were surprised to see one in bloom already. As it turned out, almost everything bloomed a week or two early in the spring of 2026. |
